Frame Stutter
Hello, I'm trialing the software. I have rendered several test clips (mostly using Dry Clean on film) with good results. However, the past 2 clips I've tested have developed a strange stuttering in the render. Project framerate is correct (24fps), but the playback will suddenly skip back several seconds and replay an already-rendered section, then jump ahead. This happens on both the render and on playback. I don't think I've changed any settings but would appreciate any thoughts. Thanks so much.

Hello Stardog Productions , what's the codec of the clips you're testing? What type of caching are you using, Prores or DPX?

Gustavo Mendes As I read your inquiry, you answered my question. Those 2 files were in mkv wrappers, I went back to the original Prores files and all is well. Thanks so much!
