Uninstall Phoenix

Greetings,

I installed Phoenix today in trial mode to give it a spin. Now I'm looking to uninstall it. I cannot find the uninstaller. It does not appear in Add/Remove programs. Running the installer again does present an Uninstall option. I cannot find any way to uninstall Phoenix. Appreciate some guidance on the steps.

  • Hi Charles,

    Phoenix does not embed itself in the Windows OS but rather deploys to two locations on the OS drive.
     

    • C:\Phoenix\
    • C:\Program Files\Phoenix

    You can simply delete these folders to remove Phoenix from you system. You might also want to check any cache and project locations for files deployed during project creation.

    How did you get on with Phoenix during the trial?
