Read error from network -105

Hey,

if I try to activate the license I get the following message.

read error from network -105. 
 

I’m working via a proxy but is there an affluent possibility to install the license?

    Hi Sander,

    It seems that the proxy might be causing the issue. I'll check with support about a different solution and get back to you.

    Hi Sander,

     

    does the proxy route all traffic to the internet or is it selective? The 105 error tends to display when internet connectivity is not available.
