My Convert plugin dont start

Hello

When I start me nucoda 2 of 3 plugin startI have use the convert plug but now it dont start

Any ides what that can be

    Hi Thomas,

    If I understand correctly, you have three DVO Upgrade packs deployed on your system, however DVO Convert is not displaying on your Nucoda instance?

     

    If this is correct, could you attach a screenshot of your Filmworkz licensing directory, C:\Filmworkz\License?

    Hi Thomas,

    thanks for supplying the details, I have removed a couple of your posts as they display licensing information specific to you.

    It looks like both the Restore and Convert lienses have been deployed successfully, however the is additional infomration stored on the machine which is required to for a license to be deemed valid.

    Are you able to give me remote access to your system? I will send you a direct message so access credentials can be shared.
