Error revoking license

Hi,

After subscribing for a DVO convert pack add on to the existing Phoenix  license I revoked the Phoenix license from the Phoenix pc to test both software to another pc before enabling them both to main one. However when I revoked both the licenses to enable them back to the phoenix pc the license manager gave the message "Residual license found  Do you want to revoke this license" and when clicking yes it shows "Force revoke Successful" but nothing changes. The DVO convert pack is listed with no problems. Thank you in advance,

    Hi Andreas,

    We have seen this issue a couple of times, it happens when the FLM does not have permissions to delete the encryped licening information from the host machine, we can work around this.

    Please browse to C:\ProgramData\Reprise\digitalvis and rename the existing dvo_convert_pack directory. Once done, return to the FLM and apply the activation ID again, this time you should receive an 'Activation Successful' message.

      I applied the solution you suggested and could not get Phoenix to work even after I entered the activation ID. I get license failure when opening the app and "Error Revoking License phoenix - Cannot read rehostable hostid-149". Also when I try to activate phoenix I get "The supplied activation key has already been used".

      Just a thought, could renewing my subscription get Phoenix back again along with existing users-projects?

      The DVO convert pack add on seems to be working fine.
