Can Filmworkz License Manager (FLM) work via http(s) proxy?
We will plan to change network environment.
We can access internet only via http(s) proxy.
Can Filmworkz License Manager (FLM) work via http(s) proxy?
And could you tell me domains to add the whitelist of proxy?
Best regards,

Hi Kiyoaki,
There is something strange going on your machine, licneses from our on-line license server can not be deployed, licenses from our on-premise license server, tied to the MAC address of your machine, are not being recognised.
Can we arrange a remote session on the system so I can understand what is going wrong? This will be the quickest way to find a solution to the issue.
ThanksIan

Ian-san,
Long time no see.
We bought Phoenix Ultimate.
We have tried to activate the license, but it hasn't succeeded.
The host machine is Windows. At the "Deploy License", the FLM show "Unable to write the license fille".
We have placed "phoenix_ultimate.lic" to "C:\Filmworkz\License".
But the result is same, it shows "License Failure No valid license found for any system IDs......" when application launched.
It seems to be the same as the Mac host machine that was previously supported.
Could you tell me the workaround?

Ian-san,
I'm waiting for your reply.
At the online activation, is it possible to activate it without being affected by the bug?
If the bug is not fixed, can I activate to overwrite the license file in the below folder?/User/Shared/Filmworkz/License
Thank you for your continued support.

Hi Kiyoaki-san,
We are currently working on an updated FLM which addresses the directory name change within the off-line activation workflow, the bug does not impact on-line activations.
For the OFX DVO license, simply enter the activation ID and submit. You may get a warning about resisual license information, this can be overwritten when using the latest FLM version from our website.
Let me know how you get on.
ThanksIan

Ian-san,
Thank you for your reply.>the bug does not impact on-line activations.
We have tried on-line activation, but it has not succeed.
I think I should remove the existing dvo_collection directory at the on-line activation........We tried off-line activation the following procedure.
1: browse to /Library/Application Support/Reprise/digitalvis and remove the existing dvo_collection directory.(off-line host)2:"Gather Host ID" and make the .lix file.(off-line host)
3:using the .lix file, make the license file.(on-line host)
4:replace the license file in the /User/Shared/Filmworkz/License (off-line host)
The FLM shows expiration date of new license.
But DVO plugin can't works at the Davinci Resolve.
Finally, we have rolled back the changes and DVO plugin can work at the Davinci Resolve.
I remember that the expiration of date of the license you gave by email is 9/19.
I can't find it. Could you confirm the attached and tell me the expiration date?
Could you give me the remote support at 9/18 18:00(JST)?
We would like to use Splashtop.
Thank you for your continued support.

Ian-san,
Thank you as always.
We have bought the yearly license.
And I have mistaken to select the Products when making .lix file.
The operator said that it seems he has not select the what DVO mudule is.
The results are below.
- The activation code is already used and we can't make the correct license file.
- We can't revoke the license at the host machine.
Could you make the license or deactivate for our code?
Or could you tell me how to revoke the license?
I will send you our activation code and Mac Address.
We apologize for any inconveniences every times.
Thank you for your continued support.

Kiyoaki

Ian-san,
Thank you for your reply and response.Could you tell me what we should do select when Gathering HostID?
1:Product to License:OFX DVOs
2:DVO Module:DVO Collection?
Are they correct?
And is 2 depended on the name of current folder name?I think it's better to be able to select the "DVO Sharpen".......
Is there something to do to be able to select "DVO Sharpen"?
Thank you for your continued support.

Kiyoaki
