OFX Not available in Resolve 18.6.4 Mac OS 14.2 M1 Max

Hello,

I managed to install the OFX plugins by changing the permissions of the installer.app to 777. However, whilst Resolve says the plugin loaded successfully, I can't find the plugins on the effects tab?

Licence manager is installed and license is active.

Does anyone know if of a solution?

Best,

Tim

  • Hello Tim Martin ,

The DVO plugins are Intel-based Mac only at the moment. We're currently developing the M-series-based version and it should be released in the 2nd quarter of 2024.

    Hey Gustavo,

Thanks for that. Must have missed where it said that on the Hardware Recommendations? Would you consider pausing my licence until the update is released? I have no way of using it otherwise.

    All the best,

    Tim

  • Hi Tim,

Sorry for the confusion, I can issue you with a credit note, if that works for you?

If so, would you be so kind as to Revoke the current license in the FLM, this will allow me to trigger the process.

    Thanks
    Ian

    Thanks Ian,

I've now revoked my licence. Is there a mailing list for the M1 update?

    All the best,

    Tim

    Hey Ian / Gustavo,

I've just seen that the M1 update has been released. However I didn't receive any indication of a credit note? Am I able to get access to a trial to check everything works?

Many thanks and all the best,

    Tim
