ProRes QTs not importing
Have some QTS on a Synology NAS (client drive) that were hidden, QT player could not play them and Nucoda cannot import them, removed the hidden attribute with no change to either software. Copying the file to our NAS fixes QT player (it can now open them), but Nucoda still can't import them. Strangely, QT player can play the file from the Synology NAS if just navigating via the network connection, but as soon as the drive is mapped as a network drive, QT player cannot open it. Stills attached, qt player error, Nucoda error from both drives. I also have a support ticket with our NAS storage in case it's on that end.

Hi Sebastian,
If you copy the Prores to your local machine, do you still see the error?

Hey Gustavo,
Just tried it from the C drive, got the same error.

Let me try, they are all feature length films

Sending you a media shuttle link, let me know if you have any issues downloading

I think I found a possible reason. These are files ripped from Blu rays and they seems to have a 'second' video track and chapter markers. Problem is I can't find a way to remove them without re-encoding the whole file. But Resolve has no issue importing these.

I'm downloading the file, I'll let you know what we find.
